Our mis-shapes are fantastic value for money. They’re the steaks that just don’t make the cut for our Premium Gourmet Steaks. If you’re looking for some tasty stir-fry beef or looking to make beef fajitas, then look no further. Will contain small amounts of Sinew, and are NOT our standard grade A quailty. Steaks may be Sirloin, Rump, Frying or even Fillet Steak Tails.

When ordering please note we vac pack all of our products in a controlled food safe environment. This product will be vac packed on aririval and the steaks will have discoloured to a dark red or even a brownish colour. This is perfectly normal and happens due to the lack of oxygen, similar to an apple when exposed to oxygen it is oxidised and turns brown. Once you open the packet up and allow the steak to breath the redness will come back into the steak.

We only buy from APPROVED suppliers and keep a keen eye on Animal Welfare and always purchase our products from ethical sources. Upon intake we oversee all of our products which must be signed off by one of our Master Butchers, who combined have over 40 years experience within the meat trade. So you can be sure everything is of the highest standards possible and if it doesn’t meet the grade, the product will be rejected back to the supplier. We really do have our customers’ best interests at heart.
